Why people wear it

Support you feel, on day one.

An athlete fitting the Kinetexx knee support before training
Stability

Held, not held back

Reinforced side support stabilises the knee and reduces injury risk, without limiting natural movement.

Compression

Targeted support

Graduated compression improves circulation, reduces fatigue and aids recovery.

Progressive springs

Build strength safely

Three spring strengths let you add assisted resistance as you get stronger, the heart of the rehab design.

Breathable & anti-slip

Stays put, stays cool

A premium knit keeps you dry, and a silicone grip keeps the support exactly where you put it.

Questions

Good to know.

How does the spring resistance work?
The support includes three spring strengths (white, yellow, black). You start light and progress as you get stronger, adding assisted resistance through the knee's range. It is the same principle physiotherapists use to rebuild strength safely after injury.
Which size should I choose?
Measure the circumference of your leg about 15cm above the centre of your kneecap and match it to the chart in the sizing section. If you are between sizes, email hello@kinetexx.com and we will help you choose.
Is it suitable after an ACL injury or surgery?
Many people use Kinetexx during rehabilitation, including after ACL injury, and it is developed with physiotherapy expertise. Always follow your own clinician's guidance on what is right for your stage of recovery.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay available for one-tap payment. Your card details are encrypted and never stored by us.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days for a refund. Free UK delivery applies to every order.
What is the difference between this and the smart version?
This is the proven Kinetexx support available now. The smart version adds motion sensors that track your range of motion, load and adherence in the app. It is in development; register interest to be first to know.
