Please note — one point for Kinetexx to confirm. Our marketing offers a 30-day money-back guarantee (try it, and if it is not for you, return it). Our previous returns policy asked for items to be returned unused, unopened and unworn. These two positions can conflict for a product designed to be worn. Confirm which applies: a true satisfaction guarantee on worn items, or as-new returns only.

Changed your mind

If you would like to refund or exchange an item, please email hello@kinetexx.com before returning it. We are happy to exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 30 days of dispatch. Unless the product is faulty, the cost of return postage is at your expense.

How to return an item

Email or call us first to let us know. Then wrap the package securely, enclose your receipt and the reason for the return, and send to:

We cannot take responsibility for returned items that do not reach us, so we recommend a tracked or insured service.

Processing your refund or exchange

Once we receive the returned product, exchanges are processed within 5 working days and refunds or credits within 7 working days, to the original method of payment.

Faulty items and warranty

Kinetexx products carry a 3-month warranty. If an item is faulty, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you. Any guarantees or warranties are in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which are not affected.

Complaints

In the unlikely event you wish to raise a complaint, email hello@kinetexx.com. We will acknowledge it within 5 working days and keep you updated with a likely timescale for resolving it.
