1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have given us consent for any minor dependants to use this site. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, nor transmit any malicious code. A breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your use of our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to copy, reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the service without our written permission. Card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3. Products and pricing
We have made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your screen displays them accurately. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and to discontinue any product at any time. Products purchased are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
4. Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. We may cancel or limit orders that appear, in our judgement, to be placed by dealers or resellers, or that fail verification.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and by Apple Pay and Google Pay where offered. By placing an order you agree to the payment provider’s terms. We do not store your card details.
6. Accuracy of information
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change or update information, or cancel orders, if any information is inaccurate, without prior notice.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others’ intellectual property, to harass or abuse others, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to collect others’ personal information, or to interfere with the security of the site.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our products are general fitness and rehabilitation support aids and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a suitably qualified professional about your individual condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetexx Sports Limited and its directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinetexx Sports Limited and its officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Confirm England and Wales as the governing jurisdiction.
